Product Damage - At Behind we have a two step packing policy whereas each cap or visor is checked thoroughly by two separate individuals for any product damage and performance issues. In the event we may have missed something, please contact us regarding any damaged products purchased at firstname.lastname@example.org
If there is damage and we authorize a return, Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags within 15 days of purchase.
We offer three options for returns.
- Exchange for another style
- Return for an eGift Card
- Return for a refund back to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to the original payment method, please select an eGift Card as your refund option instead.
Size Issues - Because we provide an extensive sizing chart to find the right fit, we cannot refund worn headwear for a sizing issue. For a different size, color or style. You can return your item at your expense for an eGift Card to purchase another item on our website following the above conditions.
We will begin processing your new order or email your eGift Card as soon as your exchange is processed.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
